Is the commission one-time or recurring?
Recurring. You earn on each eligible payment Chemflo actually receives from the customer, for the life of the account — unless the customer churns or the partner agreement is terminated.
When do I get paid?
After the customer payment is received. The recommended payout cycle is monthly, covering eligible collections from the previous month.
Can I earn from annual plans?
Yes. Annual plans follow the same rate. The payout is calculated on the annual subscription amount collected, excluding taxes.
Can I refer my own company or a family member?
Yes, but only with written approval from Chemflo.
What if the customer was already in Chemflo's pipeline?
The lead won't be credited unless Chemflo agrees that the partner created a new qualified opportunity or influenced the deal.
Can I create my own marketing material?
Yes, but it must be accurate, professional and aligned with Chemflo brand rules. Chemflo may ask the partner to edit or remove unapproved content.
