Partner Terms
These terms govern participation in the Chemflo Sales Partner Program. They supplement what's described on the partner program page.

01Lead qualification
Commission applies only to qualified leads. A lead is qualified when it meets the criteria below; unqualified submissions are not credited.

02Commission & payout rules
The same rate applies to the first payment and every future payment, for as long as the customer keeps paying Chemflo.

Recommended payout cycle is monthly, covering eligible collections from the previous month. Annual-plan payouts are calculated on the annual subscription amount collected, excluding taxes.
03What counts as revenue
- Commission is calculated only on subscription revenue actually collected by Chemflo.
- If the customer downgrades, upgrades, pauses, cancels or receives a discount, the commission changes according to the actual amount collected.
04Deal ownership & tracking
- Every lead must be informed via email to Chemflo before the first formal pitch or demo.
- Deal ownership is assigned based on who sourced the lead and who is responsible for closing it.
- If multiple partners claim the same lead, the earlier valid registration with clear proof is considered first.
- For enterprise or strategic accounts, Chemflo may define custom ownership, support and commission terms before work starts.
- The Chemflo system is the single source of truth for lead status, customer payments and partner payout calculation.
05Promotion & brand guidelines
- Use only approved claims about Chemflo features, pricing, results and customer outcomes.
- Do not promise discounts, custom features, guaranteed ROI or timelines unless Chemflo has approved them in writing.
- Do not send spam, scrape contacts unlawfully, misrepresent yourself as a Chemflo employee, or use misleading landing pages.
- Do not bid on Chemflo brand keywords, run paid ads using the Chemflo name / logo, or create lookalike pages without written approval.
- Disclose your partner relationship wherever required by platform rules or applicable law.
06Disqualification & termination
- Chemflo may reject, suspend or terminate partner status for spam, misleading claims, fake leads, duplicate account creation, misuse of brand assets, non-compliance, fraud, harassment, or actions that damage Chemflo's reputation.
- Commission may be withheld or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, invalid leads, self-referrals, unpaid invoices, or deals closed outside approved program rules.
07Confidentiality
Partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer, pricing and product information shared during the sales process.
